About Us
At IDC, formerly known as Gaudio Dentistry, we believe in an integrative approach to dentistry. We understand that the health of your mouth is connected to the health of your entire body. That's why we focus on proper occlusion and educate our patients on the benefits of having all systems in harmony. As a TMJ/Airway center, we specialize in treating patients with chronic pain and sleep issues. Trust us to provide you with comprehensive care that will improve your overall health and well-being.

On our return back from COVID in June of 2020, Dr. Gaudio realized that he had developed an injury in his right wrist. his ability to continue doing this type of dentistry was severely compromised. He was shocked to find out that he needed surgery, which put an immediate stop to his ability to continue doing dentistry. He feels blessed to have brought in one of hisbest students from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, a talented young dentist, Dr. Osman. He was able to join our practice and pick up where Dr. Gaudio left off. He was able to deliver the remainder of the cases that needed completion before Dr. Gaudio underwent a series of wrist surgeries. We have never looked back! Dr. Osman is a highly motivated and extremely talented dentist and it brings Dr. Gaudio great pleasure to be able to mentor him in his new role. In addition, Dr. Osman does more aspects of dentistry than what Dr. Gaudio had focused on, so he was able to expand our practice effortlessly. He is well versed in not just restorative dentistry, but is proficient in endodontics and surgical procedures as well.

Associateship with Raphael Center of Integrative Orthodontics

Since 2021, I’ve had the honor of working closely with Dr. Barry Raphael at the Raphael Center for Integrative Orthodontics (RCIO). Together, we’re committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care to our patients, addressing both their immediate concerns and long-term health.

All new adult patients at RCIO meet with me first, with my focus on first understanding and managing any chronic pain, jaw joint issues, occlusion disorders, or airway concerns before starting orthodontic treatment. I believe it’s important to create a comfortable and stable foundation, allowing us to address the underlying causes of these issues. By working together with Dr. Raphael, we take a holistic approach to treat the structural, functional, and habitual factors that affect your orthodontic health. This ensures that the results we achieve are not only effective but also sustainable and health-centered.

I also enjoy working with the children at the Raphael Center, providing orthodontic treatments such as ALF, MARPE, expanders, braces, and more. It’s incredibly rewarding to help young patients develop a healthy foundation for their dental and airway health, setting them up for a bright future.

Alongside my private practice in Chester, NJ, I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team at the Raphael Center. Together with Dr. Raphael, we offer a collaborative, patient-centered approach that supports both adults and children on their journey to optimal health and well-being.
